Equine fitness tests provide crucial insights into the overall health and athletic capabilities of horses. This test is designed to evaluate various physical factors, such as cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, recovery time, flexibility, and coordination. Equine fitness tests help identify areas of improvement, track progress, and tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of each horse. Utilizing the Polar Equine H10 Heart Rate Sensor, Faith will run through a series of data collections, a static exam, and a variety of exercises to help assess the health and fitness of your beloved equine teammate.
